Sourdough Dave's Natural Meats
Natural Meat (Beef, Pork & Chicken)
How Meat is Processed

Our cattle is fed a diet of corn silage, hay and a custom blend of grain consisting of corn, protein, vitamins, salt and minerals.  They are fed no antibiotics and injected with no hormones.  They graze on a Michigan farm and we have a veternarian who oversees our cows.   The raising of our beef cattle is labor intensive to ensure that the cattle receive optimal care, low stress and excellent nutrition.  The cows are individually taken for butchering by and processed using dry aging.  The meat is packaged and frozen and delivered quickly to our customers.
